Revolutionizing Packaging Design with a Focus on Freshness and Taste

In the world of packaging design, Twinsadhouse's Tazze project stands out for its unique approach to showcasing nuts and dried fruits. The design is a testament to the power of visual appeal in enhancing the perception of taste and freshness.

The Tazze project was inspired by the desire to create a packaging design that not only promises quality and freshness but also differentiates the brand from its competitors. The design concept is integral yet distinguishing, addressing the differentiated promises of nuts and dried fruits for various target groups. The main inspiration was the real taste of the product, with visuals designed to be as tantalizing as the product itself. The brand maintains a consistent graphic language across different product lines, ensuring a unified brand identity.

What sets Tazze apart from other designs is its focus on brand architecture. The design reflects the quality of the brand's products, differentiates it from competitors, and emphasizes the freshness and taste of the products. Unlike other brands that use varying photos and angles for different nut variations, Tazze maintains the same angle, light, sack, and bowl for all product lines. This consistency allows consumers to understand the differences between products more easily when the packages are displayed side by side on the shelf.

The realization of the Tazze design involved meticulous image editing and retouching to ensure the nuts looked clean and delicious without appearing artificial. The nuts were placed in a sack standing on a wooden table, giving the packaging a fresh and organic feel. The same process was applied to the natural line of products, with the nuts manually placed in the same bowl to maintain the image's mood. The design also includes a sign that appears to be engraved on a wooden sign wrapped with leaves, reinforcing the product's organic and fresh nature.

The Tazze design incorporates technical specifications that enhance its visual appeal. The background features a matte surface with a seamless Tazze pattern, while the logo, icons, and other images are glossy, making them stand out. The design also includes easy-to-understand images and color codes to help consumers identify what's in the package.

The Tazze project faced challenges in placing the nuts carefully to create a final, clean image that fits the mood of the line. Despite these challenges, the design was awarded Silver in the A' Packaging Design Award in 2017, a testament to its remarkable design and innovation. This award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
